Centech's accelerator environment enables Bell to partner with entrepreneurs and start-ups, including Haply Robotics, a start-up that develops 3D haptic controllers.

Dubbed the “PlayStation for Surgeons,” the Haply inverse force-feedback console allows surgeons to simulate operations before they perform them, with the goal of decreasing the risk to patients and improving surgery times.

The Haply design was selected as the best out of thousands of entries on the basis of simplicity in design and operation, as well as cost of production and ease of training.
